PET QUESTIONS:
Timberline Lodge is pet friendly.

Please be sure to bring and use your personal sheets and towels to cover couches and beds before letting your dogs lounge. The pet fee is $15 per pet per day.

All cabins are No-Smoking - $250 cleaning fee will be applied if you are smoking in the room, most cabins have porches and chairs where you may smoke, and
tables around the property - please be considerate of others while smoking on the property.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • All reservations are subject to a non-refundable $50 processing fee once booked.
  • Reservations cancelled in the 7 days prior to check-in date will be charged for one night.
  • Reservations cancelled 24 hours prior to check-in date will be charged the full reservation amount..

*** HOLIDAY, LONG HOLIDAY WEEKENDS and PEAK SEASON (Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and Ski Season)
  • Holiday, Long Holiday Weekend (Federal Holiday's), and Peak Season
  • Cancellation Policy (Peak season) = one week before Christmas Day until one week after New Year's Day
  • Dates may vary, call for more information

  • *** Reservations cancelled in the 14 days prior to check-in dates during these periods, will be charged the full reservation amount.

  • NO-SHOWS will be charged the full reservation amount!
  • No Refund for early departure!
  • Changes to a Confirmed Reservation
  • We will be happy to change the dates of your stay or your cabin if possible. However, this will incur a $50 change fee.
